Client Portal
The Client Portal is MIDLA’s self-service environment designed for the logistics company’s customers.
It allows customers to view and manage information related to their operations, providing access to the data enabled by the company without requiring access to MIDLA’s administrative panel.
Objective
The purpose of the Client Portal is to provide customers with direct access to information related to their operations and make it easier to manage certain actions from their own environment.
Through the Portal, customers can track their shipments, review receptions and available stock, create pre-alerts, and manage the information associated with their account.
Available Information
Depending on the features enabled for each customer, the Portal provides access to different sections:
Displays a summary of the customer's activity, including shipment, reception, and stock information.
Allows customers to view the shipments associated with their account, check their status, and access the details of each operation.
Allows customers to view registered receptions and create pre-alerts to notify the warehouse in advance about incoming merchandise.
Allows customers to view the packages associated with their account and the information registered for each one.
Allows customers to view and manage the general information, addresses, and tax information associated with their account.
Allows customers to manage their profile information and Portal access password.
Relationship with Operations
The Portal is connected to the information managed through the Operations module.
Shipments, receptions, and merchandise movements processed by operators can be viewed by the customer through the Portal, depending on the information enabled for their account.
Pre-alerts created from Receptions are incorporated into the operational workflow for subsequent management by the operator.
Access to the Portal
Each customer accesses the Portal using their own credentials.
Once authenticated, customers can only view the information associated with their account and the features enabled for their user.
